Every time I come here there’s always some thing they forget. They never forget to charge me. Always ask if my order is correct. Of course I went through the drive thru so I didn’t know my order was incorrect until I arrived home. But it’s really annoying paying for something that you don’t receive. Never got my steak or nacho cheese I asked and paid for. Again. Annoying. Especially since I’ve worked at a taco bell. The steamer should have a head set on literally listening to the order and modifications, AND reading it on the screen.

Let me say this First Taco bell is amazing ( for fast food) but the customer service I received from this manager…..Wow to tell me he is busy after his team he is leading messed a order up is crazy. To tell a person to shut up and hang up after what they did is absolutely crazy. I’m not going to say stay away from this location because I’m sure management will recognize the poor review after review. But until then expect the worse. I would just hope the person learns some kind of customer service and management skill. I’m so sorry for that franchise. They really have a winner. And I only hope as a business owner here in Nv they have some kind if recording or CCTV to witness this kind of action. And remember they would not give me there name when asked!

I usually get take out from this Taco Bell and the first time I tried this place I got a hard shell taco with chicken and cheese. They didn’t put enough chicken in the shell and really they could’ve just given me the shell by itself if they weren’t going to fill it up all the way. But I gave them an excuse because it was the evening and I know jobs are annoying these days. So today I got a couple of tacos, this time with beef and cheese, with the hope that things would be better. I had the same problem, not enough meat inside of the taco shell. You guys cannot be charging as much as you do and yet not providing enough of your product. This is disappointing. I’m not a huge Taco Bell fan, and overall this location makes me not want to try it anymore. Take my review with a grain of salt. Maybe it’s certain workers on certain days, but I’ve had rough experiences with this place so far and I don’t plan on eating at this location again anytime soon.

MERCESDES the drive thru person was out of this world!!!! It all started by greeting us after she took our order at the drive-thru window and asked if we would like to try a new tea on the menu. Then followed by asking us how we were doing and saying SHE FELT GREAT BECAUSE WE WERE THERE!!!!! Food is always good at this location, but I havent been greeted like that, EVEN in the best steak houses here in Vegas! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK you guys! Especially MERCEDES!!!!

These employees need to learn to read the customers orders before sending them off, especially for a delivery. I am someone who cannot drive and every time I decide to order a delivery my drink is always wrong. It sucks but I do not like the Baja blast yet for some reason the employees read Mountain Dew and just default to Baja blast??? No, please read the order. This is the third time & I just can’t believe it. I love this location, but it’s hard for me to want to go there if they can’t even get a simple drink correct.

I’ve ordered from this location for the last time. It doesn’t matter if I order in the store, the drive thru or for delivery, this Taco Bell never gives me all the food I order. My order never seemed to be correct and we order straight off the menu without customizing anything.
