When I entered the store, the three boys in the back stood there chatting. I know they saw me because I intentionally got in there line of sight. When I got home with the order, it was incorrectly made. So I had to get my husband to go back there to pick up the correct pizza.

We have good experiences here most of the time. The employees in the kitchen work very hard and make good pizza. The kids working the front mostly socialize with each other and seem uninterested with customer service. Nothing new.

Yesterday I attempted to pick up a door dash order and the GM REFUSED to give me the order even though she seen it on my phone and when I asked for corporate information she decided I couldn’t pick up bc she didn’t believe I was with door dash. It asked DD Drivers to confirm the pick up with the pizzas in the door dash bag or you have to take a picture. She refused to give me the order to do my job. So ERICA WOLFE I apologize for the inconvenience this horrible GM @ PICAYUNE PIZZA HUT HOPEFULLY SHES REPLACED SOON I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE WITH OR WITHOUT HER HELP.
