Ordered food fro. Here for a track meet. The cheese pizza had about a crust of half an inch which is way more than there should be. There was also no cheese on the crust of the cheese one but there was on the pepperoni one. There was also an hour wait before the pizza was delivered from less than 2 miles away. There was also pieces of topping i didn’t order like zucchini and mushroom.

Food was good. I did a pick up order and brought it back to the job site for the guys. The pizzas were not cut at all they didn’t even try. This doesn’t seem like a big deal but knife’s are not allowed on this job site. So we got to tear it apart.

A little high especially for wing 36.00 for 18 . Customer service was amazing a week ago. I went back today and one of the cooks coughed on the food and served it . Have some decency if you cough cover it and wash hands .Also would be considerate to make new food .No more going here .

My wife made an order. It was delivered incomplete but I was not aware. I didn’t order. Called the restaurant to have the issue corrected. They then hung up on me. Then my wife after called and I again, after 5 hang ups and 1 busy tone I have lost my my patience. So we called the order line and got it fixed. Though the first person we did speak to genuinely did not care the second sent the rest of our order. I legitimately am impressed at how little the person on the phone cared about the issue or just genuinely talking to people. I would give 1 star if the second lady didn’t resolve the issue. Fortunately for pizza hut she seemed to want to correct our issue and we could hear through her frustration that this is probably not the only issue tonight.

You guys, if you’re in Oroville & ordering any other pizza think again! Honestly haven’t had pizza hut ever in my life but I’ve had shakey’s, Celestino’s, domino’s, and little Ceasars. Let me tell you none or them were as bomb as the Pepperoni Lovers’ stuffed crust pizza from here. Soooooo good! Food was fresh & the wings we’re good too. Honestly very pleasantly surprised. Quality reflects in the price but I feel like it was definitely worth it
