On the weekend, if you come here around 11 AM, you gotta wait like 30 minutes. It is not worth at all to come here to get not-good-quality coffee. Are you coming only for convenience or quick service? You can get much quicker service any other cafes. In short, there is no advantage to come here for drive-through.

Clumsy new cashier. Served customer after me with his order had yet had me wait in line for a cup of coffee. Seasoned staff addressed my concern immediately and filled my order yet minimalized server’s decision to have me wait in line by asking her if she was having a good day. Instead of coddling new worker team should have acknowledged my concern. Meh, I’ll pass on this establishment.

Understaffed. Drive thru and countertop.. same people- expect to wait. Hate the kiosk self serve experience. Went to counter. Very nice girl was pushed to the limit doing counter and drive thru at same time. Coffee was okay, donut was still fresh at end of day.

Staff are amazing there and always so kind to me. One time I had a big order and they offered to bring it to my car. It was freezing cold outside and they were very busy. I told them I couldn’t let them come outside with no jacket so I went in but was so appreciative of the offer. However this last incident is what made me have to write a review. I come here every Sunday and always very kind staff and they are always working so hard. You can see them through the window moving quickly around to get the orders out. This Sunday I forgot my wallet and the district manager was there and covered the cost. I was already having a rough morning with two toddlers in the backseat and would have to drive all the way back home to get my wallet. I told them I would go home and come back and they told me it would be no problem and that the district manager said he would cover my cost. He gave them his card and paid for me and told me to have a good day. I was not expecting that at all. It really really changed the entire course of my day! Thanks so much Dunkin manager and staff!
