Hibachi itself was okay. The shrimp and steak tasted stale from refrigerated for too long, but we probably came on a bad day? The chicken was fresh! Rice and veggies are well cooked and seasoned. Overall the food are too salty for our taste. However, the atmosphere was nice. Dining area is clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. For the amount of food and great service we had, the price was very reasonable. Would give it a try again!

The pictures look way better than the actual entree…I was so excited to try their food..so I stopped on my way home from work and picked up a to go meal – est. &18.20…chicken & shrimp…, & the vegetable spring rolls ..which were good thus helping their rating…otherwise they would have received a one star…because …Can I say they were baby shrimp of baby shrimp babies…they were so small…lol!!!! If that makes any sense….and I had just a few of them & maybe a little more chicken..and IT, was NOT FRESHLY COOKED…and dry as all get out…and the rice looked like they grabbed some white rice and throw it in my container and sprinkled some soy sauce on it…some places it just looked like white rice…the whole thing just was not appealing at all…awful…NOT TO MENTION THE GUY TAKING MY ORDER WAS SO INPATIENT LIKE I KNEW THE MENU OR SOMETHING….anyway…it was my first time and my last…there you have it people….my experience at Tokyo Grill!!!

I had a good experience; I have stopped by to get food to go, I always get hibachi shrimp. The flavor is on point! The portion size was great for me as well. I think we could have been a little more generous with the shrimp but that is my only little ding. Staff was friendly, I did not have the experience others had, and will return next time I’m in the area for the same menu item 🙂

The food at this restaurant is absolutely phenomenal. The noodles with hibachi and fried rice with steak and shrimp is a personal favorite of myself. In addition to providing great food the restaurant is always very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Hopefully they open more locations if they haven’t already expanded.

Came to order food because my sister wanted me to bring her some food. The owner was so rude regarding how I pronounced Hibachi. Given he has a heavy accent to he shouldn’t even be pretending not to understand. You only sale a few things on the menu. Someone called to place an order & he bashed their pronunciation of “Hibachi” too. I laughed at him when he did this, how about next time you teach the customer how to pronounce it. Instead of pretending not to understand. He should be thankful that he’s so busy, and has customers. I like their food and come often but this was not acceptable. I will definitely think twice before coming again. I hate being disrespected and still giving you my money. Customer service is still important !

The young girl that was working tonight 01/23 needs to fired. She was so rude, slammed my food down, didn’t include my entire order, and flung my credit card… They weren’t even busy… The attitude was uncalled for and will be the reason I no longer return (also food was nasty)

I ordered some dinner to-go for my family and the hibachi was great. Great place to stop by if you don’t feel like cooking dinner. The chicken was cooked well and I loved the vegetables. I’ve also dined in before, and the atmosphere was calm and the inside was clean. Definitely will be coming back soon.

I called several times before actually being able to place an order. The gentleman answered then hung up the phone while I was ordering , after calling a few times he still somehow “ couldn’t hear me “ on the fourth call, I was able to order once I arrived and gave my number for the order the gentleman at the register laughed amongst his coworkers I’m assuming in regards to my inconvenience trying to order . I’m only posting this review because I was overcharged / chargers for something I did not order I’m glad I insisted on getting a receipt back after paying or else so probably wouldn’t have known. So check your receipts before leaving these people aren’t the most genuine .

Manager or whoever the lead guy is there is rude. Hung up the phone on me cause I said “rice and vegetables” instead of “hibachi rice with vegetables” Food is good, but will probably go to another Japanese spot that is equally as good from now on.
