A. They never received our order. We were charged for it though. All the kids working there were laughing and giggling.(They were having a regular party) B. We ordered a delite thin crust. When we got home with the pizza it was a regular thick crust pizza!!!!We ordered the mediterranean chicken!!!!! It is a delight thin crust! TOO much goofing around there at that Papa Murphy’s. NEVER AGAIN. Does this look like a thin crust pizza to you? Look at the picture! We did not notice it until we took it out of the oven. SAD. YUCK. Went right in the trash.

The pizza was good but they forgot the dressing to my salad and gave me a cheese only not pepperoni Mini Murph. No quality control here in the pizza lately. It just seems you should be happy to get an item — not expect it made correctly. Disappointing.

Open till 7 per website and sign on the door, but door was locked at 5…staff didn’t acknowledge people standing outside. When we got inside we were rudely told “we are closed”. If you want to close early, fine, but shut down your app and website from continuing to take orders. How were customers supposed to pick up their prepaid orders?!? I felt bad for the employees as customers just kept showing up and clearly the store was woefully understaffed for a Saturday night.

This was the first time I have been to this location and I will be back again. Ella’helped me with every aspect of ordering with a friendly voice and a kind smile. Checking out was also easy. I feel bad that I did not catch the young man’s name. He even offered to carry my order out. As a company you are so very lucky to have these two wonderful employees.

I go to this location almost weekly. The staff is always top notch. I will continue to go there because of the history. Today I was shocked at the way my order process went. I called and ordered a pizza. I was asked what size. I said $10 Tuesday size. His reply was so you want large, I said yes. He asked what crust do you want I said delight, he said so you want thin. No big deal so far, just attitude. I asked for a gourmet Vegetarian, add chicken. I have done this order at least 30 times ( numb ) and its Tuesday! He said if you add an item, you must take an item off! What? Told him thats not the way its been handled the last 5 years. He said thats policy sir. I said, not the last 100 times Ive ordered it. He said sorry. I said Im taking my business elsewhere. Called Savage, guess what? No attitude and no problem adding chicken. Will I come back to Eden Prairie? Yup as long as the guy handling the phone is cordial. I give it 4 stars, cause I have always been treated 5 stars, until today. See ya next Tues with my usual order.
