I ordered delivery. The pizza temp was fine and tasted fine but I ordered a stuffed crust, half plain and half mushrooms and peppers, did not get it, and the cutting job on my plain thin crust was horrendous, they should’ve left it for me to cut. So I paid for something I didn’t get and it’s disappointing. I wish there was someone I could reach out to dispute so I could get my money back for the toppings I didn’t get. It’s too much of a hassle once it gets to your door and you were waiting and hungry. I just ordered a week ago and it was fine but this week it was a bit of a disaster. They need to live up to the quality and standard.

2 or 3 times a month I buy pizza from Pizza Hut in Poinciana, FL. Yesterday I bought the pizza box and picked it up without checking how it looked, unfortunately the pizza looked ugly, the bread sticks were without any seasoning, the cinnamon sticks were hard and burned. The manager must be aware, I went at 12 pm and the pizza was not fresh.

I think I’m about done with Pizza Hut. I ordered the stuffed crust pizza and it was just fine, the only reason I gave the second star, but the big New Yorker I ordered was absolutely atrocious as can be seen in the picture. Yes they offered to remake and deliver a new pizza, but of course its 30 minutes later. Besides this experience, I have also noticed that they have changed the crust on the pan pizza. It used to be crispy, buttery, and delicious. Now its dry and basically a glorified hand tossed. As far as I’m concerned I think it’s time to find a different pizza place.

They forgot to give me my 2 liter soda. I called them and they said that they will deliver it to me. They never did and when I called about it they just put on hold and not come back. I gave them a really nice tip they should of delivered the soda.

I never leave reviews on anything but this was just the final straw for me…WE THE CUSTOMER are not obligated to TIP! Getting a tip is a privilege not an OBLIGATION. The delivery driver literally knocked on my door and rang my house bell to question WHY I DIDNT TIP him and DEMANDING I DO SO. Just because we order doesn’t mean we have to TIP YOU. If you don’t like YOUR JOB as a delivery DRIVER get a NEW JOB. Pizza Hut charges a $5 delivery fee automatically Not only that but I always TIP and you guys bring my ORDER COLD & wrong never FAILS! Your drivers have some NERVEEEE like when was TIPPING AN OBLIGATION??? This is actually dangerous cause you don’t know how these drivers will act over a tip. Will never order AGAIN

For the most part, it is just a pick up spot for your pizza. They are mostly busy and trying to move fast but for the the rest they do a good job. Food is as I always remember pizza hut to be and that is delicious! I would rate higher but I do have to admit that there has been several issues in the past but not one issue in particular. It’s more like several issues that has hampered pizza hut in recent years. Hope they can work out those bugs and see things turn around again!
