This is the best place to eat in Sparta. It is located in a storage container in the town square, and is a very convenient location. The food is amazing and the portions are huge. I recommend coming hungry.

First, the food. It’s delicious and it comes in large quantities. You can eat here if you’re vegetarian or full on vegan or a total carnivore. Second, the owner is a truly wonderful dude. He makes me happy. And third, the process are incredible for the food you get.

This is a fantastic addition to the restaurants in Sparta. The Cuban sandwich was the best I’ve had in years. There’s a great flavor to the pork, pickles, and house mustard. The included potato salad was a nice balance of creamy with a pop of flavor.
