Order delivery for a large pizza. It was small pizza which was cold and soggy. They refunded me 3 dollars for their mistake of getting the wrong size. Should have refund the whole pizza so we had to order more food at a different restaurant for my family. Bad service and unfair. I would not recommend this place

when made the order online, it said delivery within 35 min. the pizza came after 1 hour and 7 min, AND it was the wrong pizza, and when I called the manager, he said we’re making the correct pizza wait for the correct pizza in another 30 min, nothing else we can do for you.

Is it way hot in this place. It should be illegal. It was 95 degrees in here a week and a half ago. Now it’s down to 88. That’s not good. According to the Nevada occupational and safety health act employers are required to provide a safe working environment for their employees. This includes regulating temperature and ventilation, and ensuring that the workplace is free from any health and safety hazards. So if the heat is unbearable due to a broken AC, it could be considered a violation. Just saying you should not have these guy’s looking exhausted. I would feel bad if someone passed out and got hurt. Food for thought.

Been here 25 minutes waiting for my pizza while the dough is sitting ready at the make line with this girl nappy hair flowing all over the food after handling money, her phone and other products without washing their hands. The manager with the face tattoos walked away and is nowhere to be seen and the poor delivery driver is over here confused while nothing is being made.. I’m about to cancel right now!

Everytime I order from this location They always forget some part of my order, or they make it so bad that its not even what i ordered. If you order and extra cheese pizza just cheese they will make in on the thinest piece of dough so they dont have to put extra cheese. Then if you complain to management about the shittu food they tell you they cant do anything

Just got in from a long flight to Vegas. Ordered me a single pizza over the phone. They gave me the price, took my name and phone number and told me my pizza would be delivered in 25 minutes approximately. After waiting 60 minutes I decided to call them back and ask about the status of the pizza. They informed me that they could not complete that order because it had to be made online. Never again.
