This has to be the worst BK I have ever encountered. The dining area is filthiest. It’s not only dirty but even the staff is super ghetto. One of the employees went outside smoking pot and drinking on his break and then came back inside. Total weirdo. I grabbed my burger and decided to eat it in our car and took off. ordered delivery online, waited an hour and a half.. called and they was very unhelpful, said that they had no control over deliveries and said my food was still sitting there… asked for manager , said she was Jenny and was the manager , said she couldn’t cancel my order… and she had no contact info to escalate the issue…no corporate number… no area manager info.. nothing… very disappointed…. no resolution.. no food… not able to cancel order… no way to esculate… just disappointment….

I am usually pretty chill however the dude behind the counter chose to run his rude mouth over chocolate chip cookies??? I was just released from the hospital, my parents & fiancee wanted to eat before driving home about an hour drive home, they wanted Burger King…we ordered I inquired about the above mentioned cookies, apparently the person who puts the tray of cookies in the oven called in and no one else is trained, I jokingly asked are you kidding? The guy caught attitude and would not shut up. I really don’t appreciate the attitude or lack of cookies take them off the menu if you can’t get someone to put the tray in the oven…Ruined my meal totally, food was not fresh or no attempt was made to it fresh…so many many many eyerolls.. Did not get what I ordered and did not get a receipt despite asking for one. When I called to try to give them a chance to remedy the situation before leaving an online review I got only excuses instead of resolutions. I gave up and said thanks for nothing. When they became argumentative I pointed out they had never even offered so much as an apology or tried to make it right. Then they accused me of not giving them the opportunity. What did they think the phone call was for? Conversation? Customer service here sucks big time. Eat somewhere else.
