Worst pizza my family has ever had.. We ordered their big New Yorker and the whole family stated we would’ve been better off throwing the frozen pizza that we had in our freezer into the oven. It had zero sauce and when I mean zero absolutely not a lick of sauce to be seen anywhere it might as well been made on a sheet of cardboard because that’s exactly what it tasted like. This was our first time using this Pizza Hut since being new to the area we had one at our last house that we used religiously. We will not be going back… Sorry not sorry

I don’t trust anyone that doesn’t like Pizza Hut. It’s my childhood. Those book-it pins with the stickers that earned me so many personal pan pepperoni pizzas, the red cups with the good ice, the original P’zone…….all right up there with Blockbuster nostalgia. The pan crust is just the best pizza ever, and it’s still my favorite today even after trying authentic Chicago deep dish.

12/10/22 – Update, not a great pizza this time. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza & 12 wings. I called & specifically requested the pizza be lightly baked. I regularly do this because I like to reheat it through the week & when it is cooked too long, it gets hard & gross by the 2nd serving. Well, my pizza was burnt! Even more well done than an average cooked pizza. The crust was super hard & it was literally difficult to chew even while it was fresh. Which means that my leftovers are now no good. I paid $45 for a Pizza Hut order that should have fed me all week & because I got a bad pizza, it was hardly even enjoyable for the one day. I’m more disappointed than usual, the large pizza would have been easy dinner during some Christmas chaos, when I don’t have time to cook. Even if they did replace it, it’s a 50 minute car ride there & back. More time than I don’t really have & nobody delivers to my house.

Poorly managed location. The order is always wrong. Very unfortunate because I love pizza huts pizza but the management does not care about the quality their clients receive. The last time I order from them. Also their marinara is practically tomato juice. It’s so watered down.

I ordered this pizza online at 3:15. Went to pick it up at 3:40 and it wasn’t ready. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. When I finally got home, the pizza was soft and mushy. Very disappointing

Gamblers paradise! Sometimes the food is very good. Sometimes it’s bad. Have had some good experiences and several times where the food is dry and overcoooked. Today had pizza with very little sauce and cheese.
