Customer service was good. I went here today and ordered half shareable nachos and a half turkey avocado sandwich. The chips were stale and my sandwich was missing the avocado. I would like a refund please.

I don’t know what they are waiting for to close this restaurant once and for all. It is always closed. They do not have information commands to order and withdraw. It has always been closed since they opened this restaurant, only once have I been able to enter, it is always closed, there are no informative papers on the doors, always closed doors.

This is a great place. It just recently opened, and it has major potential. Business is booming and it gets crowded. The atmosphere is just as fresh as their ingredients, and I had my favorite French Onion Soup I’ve ever had. The wait is worth it because you get quality food at a reasonable price. 10/10 no complaints!

Very friendly staff!!! Extremely clean environment. The food was very good and well worth it. Not very busy at all. The only down side is I was outside and waited for someone to refill my drink and she was great and all when bringing the food out but never came back to check and see if I needed anything.

They only get a 4 because the manager really didn’t acknowledge that it was our first time and offered no suggestions. Horrible service great sandwich. Wondering why I had a random avocado on the bottom of my plate but ok. Given steamed broccoli and not potato salad but exchanged. Long wait times for dead restaurant with no customers. Food is definitely better than the service. Mac and cheese was so small didn’t even fill bottom of cup.

New establishments usually provide great quality service and get high reviews especially since there is an already established system set in place with the business. Very disappointed with the new location. Felt very rushed when ordering. Took a long time to recieve our food after being ordered. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very warm with hardly any air circulation. There were no napkins, lemons, salt or pepper available or even offered by the staff, we had to ask for it. Once food was delivered, they didn’t ask us if we needed anything else or apologize for the long wait. Many people in the restaurant were verbally complaining out loud. Many customers ended up getting their meals to go and left. This was the absolute worst experience in all my experiences with McAllister Deli. PLEASE DO BETTER. I will not be back to this new location.

The food is delicious. They do have an issue, getting your order correct. I have been ordering on-line to pick up at the Drive thru window. Each time, which has been on a regular routine, when I get back to work with my order. There is always something that is not correct. I can’t understand how this keeps happening. Come on guys, it’s not like there is a miss communication between me and the waitress, it is plain as day, a On-Line order.
