Nothing fancy but the sushi rolls are a great deal and are a good size. Flavor of the California tempura roll is awesome (and portion size is amazing). Good value for money for families and students. Not the place to go if you want super authentic high quality Japanese sushi.

First of all, walked up and sushi chef was smoking outside But I asked for avocado to be added to my salmon cut roll and you can see in the photo how minimal to non existent the avocado is. And it’s so much rice! Can’t even fit in my mouth! Not a good balance of flavors and all I’m tasting is cigarettes wish I knew he was the chef when I ordered!

The place is under new management. I’ll give it a few weeks and try one more time. I was not impressed with the visit. The bathroom was dirty and had no soap. The urinal had urine in it and was filthy. The plates were chipped. It was very cold inside, I know the server was cold. I could tell through her shirt. I got a boba Thai tea, excellent. The black garlic ramen was very good. Broth was amazing, seasoned egg perfect. The 4 pieces of pork were bland and for $16 and such a big bowl of ramen I hoped for 5 pieces of pork. I’m sitting in the parking lot writing this review. Just watched an older man leave the restaurant to grab a jacket from his car. Turn your dang heat on.

I honestly value the food over the environment. It feels like your mom is cooking for you at home. I prefer Thai place over any fancy place. Try the Shoyou, Sapporo, and spicy haha ramen!
