We came a bit late (7pm) on a Sunday, they were out of ribs and potatoes, totally ok as it was a holiday weekend. The staff were super friendly and made recommendations for what to get. We went with nachos with brisket, jalapeño cheddar sausage Mac, and a fried bologna sandwich with a side of beans. The nachos were HUGE. Next time we would order with less shredded cheese; they were delectable, but we decided that we didn’t really *need* that much cheese. Their cheese sauce is legit though. Beans are basically Busch’s baked beans- not a complaint as that’s what we like, but they aren’t as “elevated” as many other bbq spots make them. The dining room and visible areas of the service counter were immaculately clean. For a franchise bbq place, they do it right. We will definitely eat here again, just earlier before ribs and potatoes are sold out!

Love this place and they do have amazing food but I don’t know what it takes to score a baked potato. Every time I have ordered they have been out. It seems they only make a certain amount and that is it. The whole family loves these so it is a big disappointment when they are constantly out around dinner time. Please make more so they are available all day!

Great flavored BBQ. You can immediately tell after 1st bite they smoke the meat at the location. Quality food at a fair price. Always have had great service as well. Highly recommend the Tailgater if you want to feed a small group (8 or so).

We had the pulled pork sandwiches, bbq beans and cole slaw. Overall a very good value. Store has $7 sandwich and drink combos, sandwich, side & drink $8.99. Sandwich was typical size but meaty. Pulled pork was tasty & tender, but a bit salty. Sides were above average size & quality. Staff was friendly.

Billy Sims catered our daughter’s wedding and it was fantastic! They were prompt, professional and ofcourse the food was absolutely delicious! We had smoked turkey, pulled pork, green beans and Mac and cheese. The guests were raving about the food! We would highly recommend!

Just wanted to say thanks for a delicious meal . And a great price. I had the 3 meat dinner . The chicken was seasoned nicely, the hot links were very delicious, brisket on point!..Both sides were a hit!. I caught what they call “The Itis” finished it all and didn’t want to move . Keep up the great service those 2 guys were awesome …Definitely will be back

We cannot say enough about Clay and his staff at Billy Sims BBQ in West Bend. We had them cater our daughters wedding on Friday March 24 and the food and service was top notch. We received so many compliments from several guests about how much they loved the food. Multiple people said it was the BEST meal they have had at a wedding. The food was fantastic. Clay and one of his associates were on site, set it up and kept it stocked. The food was hot and prepared to perfection. I would also like to give an extra shout out to how great Clay was with our daughter and son in law. He was so personable, very kind and friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all of it. I would highly recommend them for your wedding catering or any catering need.

The ribs aren’t spectacular, didn’t fall off the bone, 3 of 4 had minimal meat and were only warm at best. The loaded potato was fair, but difficult to eat with plastic utensils. The cherry stacker dessert was very good. Was a bit pricey for the quantity of food. Will probably give it a second chance, but won’t be having the ribs, and probably carry out next time.

It’s the second time in in less than a month that I purchased ribs and they tough!!!!! I’ve ordered from the store when it first opened and several times after and the ribs were awesome!!! The “fall off the bone ” tip and NOW, tough, still pink !? I didn’t call the first time but this time it’s time that the manager (owners) are notified because it’s money down the drain when I have to try and remedy this meal…..
