Attended this establishment with a reserved & large party of 9+ people for the hibachi part of the restaurant on a Saturday night between the hours of 9pm-11pm. The customer service was moderate as the servers were nice upon our party’s entry but were the opposite upon exiting. Along with the unique interaction I had when 1 staff member questioned me about not paying my bill & his co-worker stood oddly behind me with a unfriendly glare towards me. My cook was extremely kind, amusing, & pleasant as he cooked & served the meals. I did have the unfortunate experience of seeing a mouse in the kitchen area as my table was seated in the view of inside the kitchen. Other than that the atmosphere was overwhelming with the conversations being very loud & the employees not really providing a sense of calmness or sincerity.

I love eating at Fuji Mountain. It’s one of my favorite local spots to go to. They make some of the best sushi . The food was hot, fresh and delicious. I ate at the bar and service was very good. I definitely recommend eating here.

One if my favorite places to get sushi. The options are plentiful and the sushi is fresh. Go during happy hour and the drink prices are great and the drinks are good. They are not watered down. Just the right amount of alcohol

First, they made us take a dinner menu at lunch time (because it was more expensive). Second, although they were told several times that a vegetarian was at the table, please tell me why the cook made the rice first, added eggs, then cooked the meat—and added the vegetables LAST? I ended up paying $25 for rice with a little egg. Will not be going back due to their incompetence.. I didn’t make a fuss, but rather sat there extremely disappointed—and hungry!

Wait is a little long without a reservation, but the wait is well worth it for the food. The hibachi grill and the chef are very good. The ingredients are very fresh and tasted supurb. Overall, I will be coming back for the hibachi grill and the fun atmosphere!
