Ordered a meal from here through Uber Eats and the estimated time for arrival was about 30 minutes. My driver arrived to the restaurant about 20 minutes later to be told that the order would be another 45 minutes, so he passed on the order. I then attempted to call the restaurant from the phone number associated with the order. It rang and rang, I called probably 4 times back to back, no answer. Used another phone, they answered on the second ring. I proceeded to ask if they were hatching the eggs (in a calm, comical way) the woman that answered got super rude. Then informed me that they wouldn’t be able to do the extra crispy, but could START cooking some regular recipe. When I asked how long that would be, she hung up on me.

If I could give less than 1 ⭐ I would. First I ordered and they cancelled it(I sure didn’t) then I had to reorder. Then we received our order. We were so angry. We ordered a 16 piece meal which was to include 4 breasts, 4 thighs, 4 legs, and 4 wings. Instead we got 4 legs, 5 wings, and 7 thighs. Only 1 person in our house eats thighs. Then it was so greasy we had a hard time holding it. The biscuits were as hard as rocks. Actually I think rocks would be easier to eat. I usually love KFC but this time I was soooo disappointed.

We ordered the 8 piece meal that included 2 large sides and 4 biscuits for takeout at your store in New Boston today. The chicken was over fried and tough I wouldn’t of given the chicken to my worse enemy. Was really disappointed we always stop at this one because the one in Portsmouth on 23 puts to much salt on their fries.

Horrible food and not worth the money. What I got was even worth what I paid for it. My chicken breast tasted awful and was burnt. Part of it was very sticky and nasty. Cole slaw was absolutely awful and the mashed potatoes. Wouldn’t recommend going to the one in New Boston. It needs to be shut down. Absolutely disgusting!! Will never go back again.

Ordered the 4 peice chicken tender meal and they was horrible. The chicken was disgusting. It was stretchy ,chewy rubbery….. I think you get the point there. The fries were ok. Biscuit was great.
