I normally don’t rate low on reviews but my experience with this Dunkin’ wasn’t great. I asked for a hot caramel latte. When I was at the window to get my drink, it took about 5 minutes because the employee was looking at how to make the drink. After I got my drink, it wasn’t what I ordered and the coffee was cold. Dunkin’ needs to train their employees better.

The fact that the manager is leaving five star reviews for this place to cover up all the low reviews really tells the whole story. I feel bad for the employees because the management is clearly incompetent. All too often is the lobby closed but i don’t blame the employees, it’s not their fault their manager scheduled only two workers at one of the busiest dunkin’s in the city.

Wow!! The service we have been getting at this Dunkin’ has been really poor as of late…I ordered a iced carmelishous latte and there WAS NO coffee at all in this drink! Plus it is apparent that the people working there are not happy working there!! So disappointing! Used to be our Fav!

Short staffed which is understandable. But the donuts weren’t fresh at all (honestly they were probably leftover from yesterday). My iced coffee also came out white. I would have asked them to remake it but everyone’s was coming out that way and figured it was a losing battle. And everything was dirty inside. Dunkin is usually a favorite, just not this location.

Always out of everything. Ordered $20 worth of stuff on mobile and they didn’t have any of it…so they stole from me bc I tried to get my money back with no luck! Even tried writing corporate to get a refund.

My experience was extremely disappointing. The staff did not know any drinks to make for children and ended up giving me a coffee drink for my 6 yo and said it did not have coffee in it. A staff member was very rude and unprofessional. There were very minimal donut options. Do not recommend.

The last three visits, they have had limited donuts in the morning- like 3 or 4 options. Apparently they don’t have the staff to come in and make them early. If you/ your kids only like certain kinds, you might want to go to another location.
