Let me tell you. Marco’s, your pizza is phenomenal. I haven’t had good pizza like this since Bahrain. This pizza is made with love and care. This is my first time eating at the pizza place and it will not be my last. This is my favorite new pizza place now. Today I ordered two small pizza. One pizza was a pepperoni and bacon and the other was a steak and bacon. The pizza arrived fresh and from my first bite to my last bite was very appetizing. I am glad that I got to experience this place. Well done on the Pizza and preserving the freshness of the pizza as well. I am looking forward to coming in and dining next time. I highly recommend this pizza place as the place to get your pizza. If you haven’t heard about this place then I hope that Word gets out and if you have heard and haven’t gone then what are you waiting for? Round of applause Marco’s.

Chris was able to correct our order with a professional example of customer service . Marcos is Great pizza. I still have to get extra sauce and they always seem to forget (a year later)They gave us credit for the pizza.Chris took the payment off and that’s how things should be . Chivalry isn’t dead at Marcos. I would recommend Marcos to anyone

We seen the ads on TV and the pizza looked very good. So we decided to try Marco’s Pizza at 1320 Kempsville Rd, Chesapeake, Virginia. We ordered a large take out pizza, thin crust, pepperoni, onions, green peppers. We were very disappointed when we got home and opened the box. There was hardly any topping on the pizza. The crust looked like those already made crusts that you would buy at Dollar Tree for $1.25 to make a pizza. It didn’t look fresh. The pizza tasted like a frozen pizza from a grocery store. The crust tasted like cardboard. This was our first time at Marco’s, never again. We will not be back.

The pizza was delicious, but the curbside pick-up was NOT curbside pick-up. I had to go inside to get my food because I waited 15 minutes outside. When I went inside, it was sitting there ready. Also, there are designated spaces or areas for curbside. The link in the email to notify someone I was there also did not work.

Pizza was just ‘okay’, kind of disappointing actually. It wasn’t bad, & it was hot & fresh, but just lacked ‘oomph’; kind of bland. Also, even though the staff was very nice we got somebody else’s pizza given to us & they called us & asked if we could bring it back. We were almost halfway home at that point, but we did bring the pizza back & got our pizza. We made the mistake of not checking the pizza when they gave it to us. Not trying to get anyone in trouble, but that was kind of a big deal. For us anyway.

Had an awful experience with this store tonight. First I tried ordering online using a coupon I received in the mail and it wouldn’t work. So I called and placed the order for delivery and was told it would take 38 minutes at most to arrive. I waited for an hour and still haven’t received my pizza so I called the store. A young lady answered the phone and just said “it’s on the way” she could not give me any more information. I waited another 15 minutes and called again. She answered again and said “oh, I can’t help you we only have one driver.” I asked if she could provide and ETA and she put the phone down to ask someone. I just want to say that if you’re going to complain about your customers you should put them on hold first. I got to listen to them complain about me In the background. Also, maybe let the customers know you only have one driver and it may be a long wait ahead of time. The pizza finally arrived and the driver shoved the pizza in my hands and walked away.

Never had their pizza before and this was pretty decent pizza. We got the pepperoni extravaganza on hand tossed crust and it was loaded with lots of pepperoni. They do offer discount on purchase for military and veterans which is very appreciated. Service was great. I would happily order pizza here again.
