Super cute cafe! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Great choices on the menu! Ordered crab cheese puffs and shrimp fresh spring rolls to start. Then we ordered everything from fried rice to vermicelli noodles to pad Thai to Banh Mee soup and Thai bubble tea. It was all delicious I’m happy to say. Will definitely return!!

Best I have ever had. The food was spicy, but it had so much flavor with it. The pork belly was crispy and had so much flavor. Place look awesome and staff were so pleasant and courteous. I almost could not finish my food. If you have not been, you need to go.

We got the bahn mi but the traditional isn’t what I thought it was. It ate like a deli sandwich but I was hoping for some marinated meat. So I’ll take the blame for that one. Absolute perfection!!!!!!! Beautiful surroundings and beautiful food. Absolutely delicious. Green Curry Tofu was so flavorful. I had to eat every last drop. My husband had the Vietnamese pork chops. Tender and perfectly seasoned on top of fragrant rice. We had to start the meal with the cucumber salad. Refreshing and deeply flavorful. Wish we lived nearby. The entrees are so good! A favorite spot in Downtown Davenport. I have been here twice. Both visits did not disappoint. The spicy dishes have the perfect amount of spice. Many have options to be served mild or spicy which I like. The shishito peppers are a favorite appetizer. I ordered thr Kuyteav Phnom Penh noodle soup with a Thai Tea. It was perfect and the bowls are good portion sizes. I got mine extra spicy.

UPDATE: Miss Phay Cafe is still 100% amazing. The meals we had this evening (Ba Mhee Moo Dang soup and Green Curry) were excellent. The depth of flavor was a wonderful counterpoint to the variety of textures in each dish. Put this place in your restaurant rotation.

This was the best vermicelli rice bowl I have ever had…the chicken was tender and the flavor had me shoveling bite after bite into my mouth! The crab puffs were savory, creamy and really hit the spot. Nice cocktail menu for adults, try the Passion Project it is tasty!!
