This dominoes location ruined our night. My roommate and I ordered a large pizza with half sausage half cheese and SQUARE CUT but received the pizza cut in PIE slices instead. This was the second time in the past two weeks they didn’t get the special instructions correct. We called them back and complained and they said they would remake the pizza and deliver it to us for free. This is what we got below! It looks like someone literally and purposely folded the pizza in half! We understand if the pizza shook alittle in the car ride over but no….We’re really disappointed and will not be ordering from this location again. We called back and had the manager refund us our money. It’s the principle of customer service why we’re mad more than the way the pizza was cut. Shame on whoever did this act of pettiness

Online reviews can always be hit or miss. I tend to rank places highly, or not at all. I can honestly say that we’ve ordered from this location dozens of times and never had a problem. I’m waiting for them to mess up, so I can update with an opinion on their response to that sort of situation.

2 minute timer was stopped as soon as I pulled up to the store, but pizza was not brought to my car yet. Once brought to my car they were missing one of my three pizzas, and stated that they had to re-make one. Since my pizzas were not delivered in the established dominos timeframe. I should receive my free pizza as guaranteed. I can show screenshots and order numbers for any representative that requires proof.

This Mililani Dominos has awesome service. The staff here is on point. Have ordered from this location three separate times and each time the pizzas were loaded to the crust. You can tell when they made the pizza they actually care.

I want to thank the manager Dominic (if that was really their name) for ruining what was left of my nice memorial day. I was sitting at home in AUSTIN, TEXAS, when I get an email about my pizza order in Hawaii. I call the store immediately to notify them that the order was placed illegally under my husband’s name and account who died 2 months ago and to not deliver the pizza. Come to find out that it was a pick up order and they handed over the pizza without checking any identification even when the phone number and address on the account was from a different state. When I asked what could be done, I was told to call corporate and the staff was new and that was it. No apology, no let me see what I can do to help you, nothing. Was given an incorrect phone number for corporate which I lucily looked up myself and a complaint about the customer service, and obviously a lack of care to protect their patrons was filed. Be wary about ever using this store especially since it seems it’s by a base and people are from all over and they do not verify identity. Do better, be better, and learn to say sorry, it goes a long way with appeasing a mad customer.

We ordered a medium meatzza pizza and the dough/crust had a funny taste… We believe the dough was spoiled. Perhaps with the summer heat, you should be more aware of the temperature condition in your facility and check the rotation of the dough. We love Dominos but it will be awhile before we place an order with you again.
