Was my first visit here and I ordered the Crazy Maki and crab ragoons. They did NOT disappoint. Loved the sushi roll, I ordered a side of eel sauce to dip it in. It’s the perfect combo of spicy, crunchy, and sweet dip.

This location is no where near as good as the Monroe location. When my squid salad came out I knew not to be excited. The portion alone for the price was ridiculous and it didn’t look or taste fresh.

10-2-19 Wednesday night. So we went to this place for dinner. It took forever for someone to come ask us what we would like to drink or even speak to us. We waited a long time for the food to come out. The service was not good at all. I had to keep asking for refills etc the waitress was “mia” The food was average “not bad”. The location was extremely dated and did not feel clean. The location also felt like there was a lot of moisture in the air, it felt damp. When I went to wash my hands there were no paper towels to dry my hands, the restroom also did not look clean.

I love Cafe Raws the first time I saw the Alaska roll I thought I needed to try this this the baby corn was so good I ordered the crab ragoons it was perfect for me.I loved the vegetable noodles it was perfection. Raws is like literally 1000 times better than any sushi or Chinese restaurant in this Louisiana state. The sauce I’m obsessed with the yum yum sauce it has the perfect amount of sweetness and perfect amount of saltiness and it’s texture is so delicious .Y’all this restaurant is so amazing I can’t even stop eating it every other Friday.

Go here if you’re craving for sushi! Love love love! Variety of choices. Noodles are good also. And try some bubble tea which comes with different flavor you can choose from. Atmosphere is great. Staff we’re very helpful. Thank you!

My absolute favorite sushi in NE La! Try the Ahi Town, Funki Maki, and Baked Alaskan rolls. Also try the Pad Thai and Pad See Ew. All delicious! Great service and pleasant atmosphere.

My go to sushi place was Sake Sushi in Alexandria. When they closed, it left a void. Most Sushi places in the Area are extremely situational, and if I’m paying for sushi, I expect it to be good each time I go.
