This is the second time in the past month or two I have come in prior to 10:00 o’clock, tonight around 9:40 to be exact lady time around 9:30 and no one will help you. They completely act like they are already closed but the lights are still all on. .. I can visibly see there are employees inside and they didn’t answer back when asking them if they’re open. Hands down worst location you can go to. I have a son with type 1 diabetes so he only gets diet soda. I double checked with them that it was actually diet and got a rude response back. Surprise it wasn’t diet. We had to park and wait 15 minutes for our order and we’re brought the wrong order three times. By the time we got what was supposed to be our order we were late for an appointment and had to leave immediately. When we opened our food it was wrong again. I have had similar experiences here every time the only reason I keep going back is because it’s my kids fave and on our route that we usually take. I wouldn’t recommend this location to any and will never go back again.

I’d give this place zero stars if that were an option. This is one of the worst A&W’s I’ve been to. I don’t know who manages this place but they need help. Fast food is a foreign concept at this place. No food should take more than 15 minutes to make. We waited 17 minutes only to get fries that tasted like they’d been double fried and heavily seasoned to hide the fact. Hamburgers were cold and tasted awful. I’ll be letting corporate know just how bad this place is.

The chicken tenders were so spicy we couldn’t eat them. I didn’t know was ordering something spicy. The biscuit was so completely dried out. The surprise toys a holiday fun coloring book. It’s April. Oh and no crayons. A whole lot of complacency. On a positive note, the food was hot. Loved the cheese curds.

I love A&W restaurants. But when u ask for 2 large Root Beer floats, make them a large! Fill it up! The dome caps should have ice cream in it! That’s what it’s for!! It’s almost five bucks for a large and I could just as easily got a half a gallon of ice cream and a 2 litter and made my own. This is just poor customer service and goes against everything A&W is. So disappointed.

Terrible. The hot dog tasted like it had been in the cooker for a week. Couldn’t even eat it. The fries looked and tasted like they were several days old and redipped to make them hot. Couldn’t eat them either, they were hard. Won’t be back.

Food was good. But the portions are terrible. I got the big papa burger. At first I was impressed with the size of the burger. Until I unwrapped it and found 2 very thin burger patties under a pile of lettuce. Definitely not worth the price. I was still hungry when I left.
