If I could give a negative star to this place, I would. On Wednesday December 14th around 4PM my 4 year old wanted a donut after school so I said why not. I made a short line through the drive through. When I drove up to the speaker, I heard the employee say one moment. So I waited. A few minutes pass and the speaker started to static. My train of thought was, the employee was trying to take my order but it was not coming through. I said hello and it continued to static. So I drove up to the window. The employee asks me if I had a mobile order I replied with a no. His answer to me was that he will not take my order because is in a middle of a rush and he asked me to wait and I did not. I respectfully answered that I thought the speaker was broken and his response was the person behind hears me perfectly fine and he slams the window in my face. Mind you my 4 year old witnessed this behavior of his. We were treated as if we didn’t matter and disrespected. I felt embarrassed because I had felt such treatment anywhere else. Never coming back here again.
