Called to order they don’t take orders for Hot n Ready on the phone. Get to the store and it’s going to be an hour for 4 pizzas and two crazy breads. Go back to pick up pizza and they wanna give me 2 pizzas and 1 crazy bread. I paid in advance. Rude customer service, no apologies. NEVER AGAIN! Juan R learn customer service.

Raw dough. Went and got a pizza came half cooked, went to exchange and the same result. I guess breaking codes & having health violations to produce more product faster is more important than someone’s health here everyone.

I was honestly disappointed on the waiting times. I ordered online and then I saw people getting food faster than the mobile app. I was frustrated at this point so I asked an employee untill they told me they would send an email with the code at the time the screen said. I would give the food an overall 2/5. I still think there is room for improvement however I will be occasionally be eating here. I just found all of this disappointing.

Great pizza. Terrible service. Ordered at 6:08 pm with expected pick up time at 7:27 pm. Order was not in portal. Asked young lady if there was a pizza ready for Lorraine Vazquez. She looked at me and did not answer. Waited another 18 minutes. Another lady explained my pizza was placed in the warmer to prevent it getting cold. Don’t know why it was not placed in portal. I wasted a lot of time just waiting. Didn’t get the pizza until 7:47 pm. Very disappointed.

I know I know, It’s cheap pizza right? But, I can’t describe how the family always seems to enjoy it more than the other guys. It’s a greasier pizza with pepperoni oil floating on the cheese, the crust is simple and basic with no flair. Want peppers and cheese? Be prepared to open your wallet again and buy it. I honestly don’t care for it but, when everyone else overrides you, you eat it or starve. Hot and Ready at this location means in about ten minutes but, sometimes you get lucky and they have one stacked on the oven. Hot wings are tiny, really tiny but taste great. It is what it is. Kids love it so you eat it. Overall it satisfies and you didn’t spend $50 to feed everyone.

Pizza is ok if you can get it fresh. The Italian cheese bread is better if you can get them to make it. I’m usually told it will be 15-20 minutes for the icb. That’s on a slow night. On a busy night I have been told it will be 45-60 minutes. A manager that knows how to run a pizza place needs to show them how it’s done
