Great local cuisine with awesome authentic flavors. Service was good and food was great. We had a table for 6 and our food came out in a timely fashion. If you’re looking for a quick bite, definitely try their Bahn MI sandwiches. My wife lived the flavors of it and especially how soft the bread was. Definitely will be back when we are back in town.

This place is such a hidden gem. I’ve been in Louisville for decades yet I have never heard of this place. I wish I had known about this restaurant sooner because it was delicious. I had the “com ga xoi mo” (rice with crispy-skinned chicken), my husband got beef pho. He said the broth was the best he has ever had and he has eaten a lot of pho!

VinBun is a very comfortable venue with excellent service and delicious Vietnamese food. We would recommend the spring rolls, pork Banh Mi and Beef Pho. The Yuzu was a nice citrus sparkling beverage which complimented all our dishes.

This place is amazing. Wonderfully flavorful and delicate broth. I give it 5 stars for taste, but I really wish they’d put their own chili sauce on the table. Sriracha is not good enough for the perfect pho place. I’d also like it if they brought out dipping dishes for the beef. Edit: I can’t leave two reviews, so I’m writing this here–please go here. Their Banh Mi is otherworldly and I recently brought my mom here and she said they have the best eggrolls she’s ever tried. I agree. Tell everyone about this place. It is truly a world class restaurant. Please just try it.

It is hard to find a good Vietnamese restaurant in Louisville and as a picky Vietnamese eater, I approved Vin Bun. Their pho broth was light and hearty and you can tell that they actually cook it in bone broths. I also really like their stirred fried seafood rice noodle and their pork chop with rice. Meat was tender with the right amount of fat and the marinade was perfect! Had plenty of leftovers as the portions are huge!

As you walk in, you are welcomed and able to sit anywhere. The wall mural by a local artist is magnificent. What makes the entire experience is the food. We have ordered over half the menu, and each time we leave overly satisfied. I highly recommend the Pho! It’s the best I’ve had since being overseas.

Food was good until I found someone’s used napkin in my mouth. I stop eating even tho I love my shrimps. But they took the piece away before I gotta a picture of it, they should of dubble check if it’s clean of anything first before serving. They offer me a new bowl but no, I didn’t want it anymore. Probably won’t go back anymore.
