I’ve been a Jimmy John’s fan for many years now. Was glad there was one near by when I moved here from Texas. This specific location is always clean and the staff is friendly. Nice having a drive through option here. However, multiple times, my order is wrong. I always order the same, #14. Add cucumber and pickles. Also, cut in half. Well more then half the time, despite it being in the receipt, it doesn’t come with what I asked. They always ask at the drive through if I’d like to leave a tip. I always say yes, $2.00. Yet my sandwich isn’t right. I did once go back through and asked them to remake it and it STILL wasn’t cut in half! Please do better and pay attention the the requests that are printed on the order.

I don’t understand why I stood at the counter almost 10 minutes before I could place my order. There were 4 people there that young lady at the drive thru was busy and one person making sandwich the other 2 just stared at me and kept talking. The young lady at the drive thru had to take my order. I ordered my sandwich to go and the sandwich maker just wraps my sandwich up and places on the counter forgot my pickel then just lays it on the counter no bag no napkins nothing 2nd time this has happened. These young associates need more training there is more to it than just having a body in the store

Great atmosphere. Fresh hand cut meats fresh baked bread made daily and veggies, best fresh tomatoes from a sub place. The staff at this jimmy johns are amazing they will joke with you and have very fast service restaurant was clean restroom cleaned and stocked.

I called and explained there was barely any tuna on the sandwich and they stated the portion is correct and that if I wanted more tuna I would have to pay more, this is just sad I basically paid for bread with a smear of tuna and extra for cheese as well, never going to Any Jimmy John’s ever again.

I live pretty far from this location , prior to driving 20 minutes… I called to confirm I was able to purchase just bread . . The young lady in the drive thru told me unfortunately I can’t sell you a loaf of bread because we don’t have any right now ( having a car in-front of me and behind me )

This is the worst place.!! The people there are very rude, then they don’t get your order right. Then they want to blame you and hang up on you when you try to tell them they need to correct the order. Who needs that type of horrible service. I cannot trust them.

Ok was working in the area took lunch and stumbled upon this place.The three of us ordered …..2 double cheese burgers w/fries 1 ,18pcs chicken wings hot.3large beverages….. There was one Young girl working behind the counter doing all the cooking in order taking she was pleasant professional and got our food very quickly. I’m 60 years old was in the restaurant business for 30 years and my family had two restaurants I was featured in a restaurant magazine years ago and written about by food critics numerous times and I’m here to tell you that was the best double cheeseburger the best french fries and the best chicken wings I’ve ever had both of my associates felt the same way there’s nothing more to say hands down excellent!!!!
