This location has gone downhill. Last time I ordered my order was lost with the delivery driver, the time before that delivery took over an hour. This time we decided to forego delivery and opted for pick up only to find despite the website saying they open at 10am and being able to process an order online with a pick up window of 10:15am-10:30am, the store was closed. When I called, the team member and manager laughed at me saying they open at 10:30am and refused to refund my order.

I got the beach club sandwich, I believe it was called. Alright so right off the bat, it was extremely fast service so there’s a point. Now I don’t know if this is just how Jimmy John’s does it or if it was just my sandwich but it was cold so if cold isn’t your thing don’t come here. For me it’s fine though ngl I do prefer a more warm sandwich. The food was pretty good though, I will say presentation is a little lacking however it is a fast food chain so that’s fine. Overall 4 out of 5.

This was my first time going to Jimmy John’s the cashier was very helpful and polite. Looking for something to eat while my daughter was in the hospital. Went to Jimmy John’s on Veterans and Houma. The food was good and the store was very clean and also had handicap parking right in front. I highly recommend eating here.

Our office orders regularly from here. Today, delivery driver Alex was exceptional. He was making a delivery to another office and noticed two ladies struggling with some office supplies. He stopped and offered to assist! Way to go Alex for showing kindness. We appreciated the help.

Went through the drive through for a sub for my daughter. They didn’t take long. But because of hurricane Ida, they only have tea, water and lemonade. I’m just glad they were open!! Very courteous service, and the sub was very good! Love this place!!

I typically love Jimmy Johns. They’re usually fast accurate, and tasty. This last visit took 20 minutes to get three sandwiches and a pickle. After the long wait, we discovered 2 of the sandwiches were wrong (missing added bacon on one, and with toppings we asked to remove) and the pickle was missing entirely.
