I ordered delivery, our food came with no teriyaki sauce on it or in the box. No salad dressing and the katsu sauce was ketchup and the meat was dry and flavorless. I’ve never had a bad experience from here before but this was just horrible.

The food has dropped in quality significantly in the last year. Today’s spicy chicken teriyaki was dry and just slathered in Sriracha as compared to the excellent blend of teriyaki sauce and spice it used to be.

This is the platonic ideal of teriyaki. The packaging of the takeout containers shows so much care, the knot in the bag is tied to be easily undone and cardboard is put on top of smaller items to prevent spills. The food reflects the care and attention to detail. Perfect teriyaki.
