Yet again, I should’ve known better. This location sucks and needs to be shut down due to bad management and bad employees. The food is poorly prepared, and no one cares about food quality at all . Can’t even pit two patties on a simple double cheeseburger. Lazy and incompetent.

Me and my family showed up to order. There was a gentlemen and an Asian girl at the register. They both saw us but failed to acknowledge that we had walked in. None said anything to us and we stood there for about 5 minutes before anyone helped us. Very poor customer service. I know you are employed by McDonalds but my goodness, acknowledge customers when they walk in to order. The customer is the one who pays your bills. Do better.

Worst customer service ever, will never return here again. They always miss an item I order or make my burger incorrectly, it never fails. Also when purchasing nuggets after asking you what type of sauce at the speaker you still will not receive any in your bag. No greetings when you get to the window, they just hand your food out & don’t say anything. Horrible customer service & the manager Olga is the worst. She always has an attitude since I been coming here for years & will argue with you. I don’t know who put her in charge but that was a big mistake. Worst customer service I have ever come across in my life. Not overacting either. Horrible person! I am a nurse & I remember when they were giving a special of a free of your choice hot & spicy or cheeseburger with a small fry as long as you show your badge. Well one day I went through drive thru to get that & my kid a happy meal, I showed my badge to the young lady that also took my money for my happy meal but then the Olga lady came to the window demanding my badge again & with a confused look on my face I showed her. This rude woman proceeded to tell me she never saw a badge like that & to never come here again asking for the promotion with that. I was like excuse me I work in the hospital & explained to her the type of nurse I am & what I do. She didn’t even let me finish & closed the window in my face. I got my food & said I will not spend my money here again. However, you know when your kids ask you will do, but this time I promise I am done. Jack & the box & sonic will get all my money when I need to get something close by. Both have nice employees & food always fresh.

Very rarely is there courteous conversation when placing an order, paying and receiving the order. No hello, no gratitude, no pleasantries at all. A few times the food is warm but majority of the time it is cold. The only reason I buy from this establishment is for my kids.

decided to dine in observed a customer complaining to a manager, and he seemed quite attentive to what she was saying and made sure to pass it along to the store Mgr. with suggestions as to how to handle matters in the future. my service was quicker than I expected. Some of the workers appeared uninterested in what they were doing and lacked luster.

I’ve been trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt for the past few weeks but every time I order something as simple as just nuggets they manage to screw it up. I never get sauce with my order no matter how explicitly I ask for it, or something is always missing from my order. If you have to eat here because you’re desperate or hungry make sure to check your bag before you drive off because the people who work here are incredibly lazy.

Ordered from here through Doordash and was missing a whole happy meal for one of my children and the drinks for them and my drink. I understand it may get busy but to miss an entire happy meal is ridiculous!
