Just ordered two medium pizzas and they were terrible. The worst I’ve ever had. The crust was ridiculously thin and all of the sauce was pushed to the edges. The pizza tasted really old and just overall awful. Definitely not worth the price.

Pretty irritated this place never has a driver I always have to go and pick it up if I wanted to pick it up I would have marked it for pick up. Went to the store after the 4th time being refused delivery only to be told they also refuse delivery if you don’t leave a tip well I give cash tips because they get charged for credit card tips and I feel as if I have a right to this and if my order is late and cold I shouldn’t have to give a tip. This store needs help or reconstructed because they never have people for anything

Hey guys, just quick suggestion. The stuff I order almost always comes out either undercooked or something, idk. Dough-y? Maybe more heat below the pizza, less heat above? It’s usually blackened on top, and playdough on the bottom. You guys have always been great otherwise.

Then kid on night shift named James is incredibly rude, laughed in my face. I’ve always been good to all of there staff but tonight was horrible. My order was wrong all I wanted was for them to replace it or credit me what I paid for and all he said he could do was replace the topping that was $5, reminder My pizza was $17.33. I did not eat my pizza I gave it away because it was wrong, which they just tell me to keep it anyway. I just wanted it replace. Well I called corporate gave all the information, they heard the whole thing on the phine.im highly upset. And and disappointed in today’s youth. I’ve been doing customer service for over 20 years. If it wrong remake it and move on.

We enjoy meat lovers pizza and chicken, bacon, Alfredo pizza, plus we like their mild and garlic Parm bone in wings. I am bummed they got rid of the Hut flavoring for the crust though. I loved the garlic, parm, parsley butter cooked into the crust

Pizza was marked out fir delivery for approx 30 minutes before arriving. When the order arrived o checked the box for the marinara (because for some reason this store hardly ever remembers). I found my pizza stuck to the lid of the box. I told the driver who just shrugged his shoulders and said “call the store and ask for the manager and see what she’ll do for you” called the store and the manager said “I remember packing that box myself and there were no problems with the order” she kept insinuating I was lying so I told her she can ask the driver, I showed him before he left. She said “oh no, I believe jason” so basically we waited another 30 minutes for the remade pizza…..
