I’ve always had mixed experiences at Popeyes, but this one is really solid. My only complaint is they haven’t had iced tea for a while, but they finally had sweet tea today! I have had the occasional mistake where, if I order one classic and one spicy, I will end up getting both items at the same spice level, but that’s not a big deal. Super clean and prompt drive thru.

We’ve been to our local Popeyes in Holyoke a number of times in the past couple of weeks because we’ve been exceptionally busy and needed quick meals. We usually dine in because it’s quick, the place is very clean, and I have to say it, we’re addicted to the great chicken and sides. My personal faves: the chicken sandwich with mashed potato and red bean and rice sides. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. What’s not to love?

How is this fast food restaurant even a thing, much less a chain? My kids wanted chicken nuggets and was driving by so decided to give it a try for the first time. It cost $18 and change for a four piece kids meal, a lemonade, and a popcorn shrimp meal. Got to the window and found out they don’t offer tarter sauce, which makes no sense with a seafood item. Didn’t really matter as there is no shrimp taste, just semi-spices breading. The kids wouldn’t eat the nuggets and lemonade tastes like water. I have never done this in my life but literally dumped the food in the road and poured the drink out.

The food was hot and fresh. We ordered our food and were questioned if we really wanted it because it was going to be a 4 minute wait. We were willing to wait. And it paid off, it was great. I appreciate them asking.

Don’t visit this place. Giving people the wrong orders. Didn’t give me my full order even though they had the order right in front of them. I had to ask for the rest of the order. It wasn’t busy at the time we were there so being busy is not the excuse. You get this lack of service but they want to start paying $20 per hour minimum wage in MA? Seriously.
