I ordered my meal and was asked to pull around front, after 15 minutes the person working the drive through window came out and handed me my food. I checked the bag and noticed that I did not have any fries only the burger. I went inside and all of the employee’s could care less that a customer was waiting at the counter. When I told the employee that I had been waiting for over 15 minutes and that there were no fries she did not acknowledge what I said or apologized just grabbed the fries and handed them to me. The worst service I have ever had at this location. Not sure if there was a manager or supervisor on site but sure did not look like it. All of the employees looked and acted very unprofessional.

Restaurant was very dirty. Saying service was poor was giving it better than it was. Bowl of mashed potatoes that looked disgusting sitting on counter. Food was super greasy and not edible should have went by mashed potatoes on counter. Will not be going back.

I went to KFC, not a&w. Ordered a wing and breast meal. Didn’t get wing, cookie, or Cold slaw. Quite a disappointment once I got home. You figure you paid for full meal and barely get enough to eat.

Stopped for lunch on our trip from Washington to Utah. Four of us ate. Those who had hamburgers got food poisoning. Mine set in about an hour later and my 3 year olds right at bedtime. Will not be coming back.

They were understandably busy cuz they had a bus full of kids, but that shouldn’t really affect how the cook food or even look at something and wonder if they should serve something or not(say a hotdog). My husband didn’t want to even try to eat his chili dogs, they didn’t even put the onions or cheese on either of them.. Just burnt hotdogs and burnt chili… Unacceptable ..
