I never care enough to leave a bad review but I hope someone in management acts and corrects this insane issue. After 30+ minutes in a drive through line we got our food…no apology or excuse, when I asked for a receipt they couldn’t “print” it. Had a big family to feed and an event to get to that we were late for. Fries came unsalted..got a rodeo burger with a bonus patty? Go figure it tasted like it was rr microwaved a dozen times. I am beyond dumbfounded how management us let this place get to this point. But my goodness someone step in!!!

The young man at the front counter was nice enough. However, I failed to check my order before I left. I ordered two double bacon cheeseburgers one plain one was supposed to have the sauces. I get home neither Burger had bacon, both were just plain bread meat and cheese. I come from the food service industry and it just gotten off work and wanted to pick up something quick so I didn’t have to cook. I don’t put much of steam into the fast food however, I do expect the order to be prepared correctly.

If I could rate this lower than a 1 star, I would. The management team clearly has no control, nor care to see any improvement in this establishment. The last 3 times I’ve come here, my order has been wrong, and more recently I’ve sat in the drive thru for more than 20 minutes with a single car in front of me.

We ordered the chicken sandwich, what a mistake!!! As we started eating, my first thought was this doesn’t look like the photos BK puts up. There picture of the chicken sandwich which shows a plump serving of chicken. My second thought was this has no taste. My son opened his sandwich, there was no meat, zero meat inside, the overcooked/burnt hard casing. They forgot to but the chicken inside the fake casings or it was cooked too long and the probably fatty piece of chicken turned to liquid fat and leaked out of the casings. When we returned these “chicken “ sandwiches the staff showed no surprise. Leading me to the conclusion this happens a lot! Our regret is we were so shocked that we didn’t take pictures…

Just visited this burger king, ordered a 13$ meal and ask for no mayo, not once but twice. Got all the way back to my house and wouldn’t you know it they put mayo on my sandwich and looked like they added extra because it was dripping off the sides. Not to mention I sat in the window for 10 minutes waiting on my food while the worker stood there and played with her braids swinging them back and forth. Tried to call them multiple times and of course, no answer. Never again.

Stopped here to eat lunch right quick on our road trip and the service was SLOW and the workers were RUDE. People that ordered after us were getting their food! Took 30mins to get ours. Workers were hollering and being loud.

Being a delivery driver I deal with alot, this location is one of the laziest I’ve seen as both customer and delivery driver from them. First complaint I made was about the night crew, day crew ain’t much better. If I ever want burger king for myself I’ll be going to a different location.

God awful service. Waited 15 minutes for the 2 cars ahead of me to get through the line, they forgot my order and I sat for 20 minutes at the window. I was asked to pull ahead and wait EVEN LONGER…so I left. What’s the point of “fast food” if it’s going to take upwards of 45 minutes? Keep my $15, clearly your failing business needs it more than I do.

Received a half-full box of large onion rings. Rip off! My daughter got a chicken sandwich with zero condiments, lettuce or tomato. And it’s not even chicken- it’s a fish patty in the chicken wrapper. Do better Burger King!
