We where the 1st one in on a quite morning (Sunday March 21), soon there was 3 more tables. Our server dropped our drinks on the table and disappeared never took our order. It wasn’t until the other server was finished taking the other 3 tables orders did she notice we still had the menus and she finally took our order.

Saw the place with Grand Pappy’s sign that stated” not fast food” and sounded like something I would like to try with the breakfast sign on the window. As we were drive home my daughter said she was hungry so we drove here and after walking in was greeted and sat down to eat. Had a great home feel everyone was very nice. Small dining room area so gives the home table kind of feel. Food was good and fast. Very friendly service! Will be back they also had a sign in area when you come back you start receiving free or discounted items.

We were there for the first time this afternoon. My wife had the BLT my mother and myself had the supreme omelette. We all really enjoyed your food. Staff was very friendly. Joined the loyalty club and received a coupon for a free drink. We will be back again.

Absolutely awesome food and great customer service. We love the small dining area. It gives kind of an at home atmosphere. We have eaten here a couple times and it will definitely be a permanent go to for breakfast and lunch. Lifetime customers here for sure.

Service was okay, the dining area is very small and a makeshift dining room. The food was ok. I ordered biscuits and gravy when the plate was given to me I could see the gravy was thick, grainy and only had 2-5 pieces of sausage in it. The biscuit wasn’t fluffy or flaky at all. The gravy was pasty, bland, no taste at all what so ever, besides a cornstarch taste. The French toast my kids ordered were basically black so my kids were hesitant to try. It tasted okay. Hubby ordered a BLT with a side of fries. The sandwich was small and it didn’t really have a lot of bacon. The fries were soggy and clumped together. I had ordered bacon but i never got it. The OJ I ordered was bottled- which is ok but it has a expiration date or 6/12/21 and today’s 6/20/21. I maybe came in expecting too much. I left feeling indifferent. It is for some people but not for me and my family.

Fried French Toast is just one of my favorites. And there is the “Granpappy’s Sampler” it’s a taste of everything breakfast. Then the cheese burgers on Texas toast with seasoned fries is another good pick. The homemade salsa and the homemade cheese dip is really good too and you can buy a jar for your house! Great place to have breakfast and lunch. My daughter had the breakfast and I had the lunch and we both enjoyed it so much. It is a tiny place and you can feel the kindness in the air. The waitress was great.

Biscuits and gravy cold greasy and way to thin tastes like cinnanmon or syrup on biscuit. Homefries very bland no flavor. Orange juice cup seemed very sticky. Not my kind of breakfast diner for a well expected breakfast.

Got 2 orders of the biscuits and gravy. Completely flavorless gravy. More of just a paste. Almost no sausage in the gravy. Both orders ended up in the trash.
