Terrible service, ion who that long hair dude was that was working on 8/29 around 10:40 but I asked for hot sauce and crackers dude told me he had to charge extra for crackers. I get home to eat my meal and I don’t have crackers. He almost forgot my hot sauce. I usually leave great reviews but this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered 2 4 ways and chilli cheese fry’s. There was also a hair in my food. Don’t recommend this good star to anyone

I stopped in During over time on the Bengals game.. What a sad end, but what excellent service and made to order food!! I’ve been coming to this location since I was a kid.. I was so happy they put the TV in to catch a game. They also use to let my son watch cartoons after his homework, when we would stop in after he got out of school. This is a well run location and I’m so happy to see them still there. Thanks for taking my order during one heart breaking ending to the game! I most definitely recommend this location! Also.. GOLD STAR IS BETTER THEN SKYLINE! ♥️

Went there sat. At 7pm had to wait 10 minutes for spaghetti ordered a am 4 way I told the very distracted kid at window 3 times there was no cheese in the bag, long story short I came home to a 2 way not onion and now cheese so I called and of course nobody dares answer that #, that’s why your always go to skyline never had this type experience there

Horrible experience this evening. Staff refused to prepare food as ordered. I was told item was already made, so they would only put what was ordered on the side. Other items on ordered were wrong staff were rude. Staff denied additional packs of hot sauce upon request. I will happily spend more money driving to another location.

We went to eat at this restaurant. The manager Christine was amazing. However, the way her employees were treating her and disrespecting her was unacceptable! When she asked them to do something they would yell at her and complain very loudly! Something needs to be done about these young kids before you lose a good employee like Christine! She is a hard worker and was doing everything herself! She needs people who will help her and not yell at her! She needs support from higher ups! As a customer I couldnt even enjoy my meal because all I heard was employees (with the exception of Christine) complaining the entire time!

My daughters and their friends went up there the other night, there was nobody there in line and maybe two workers. They literally sat there for 30 minutes waiting for their order to be taken and given to them. My daughter asked for a Coney, and the worker gave her a cheese Coney, no chili..AND NO HOT DOGS!!! How hard is it just to do your job?
