Typically love this DD especially the convience on the edge of town, but this morning on my way to get coffee before my shift at the hospital their manager decided “they weren’t participating” in the free medium coffee for nurses on Nurses day despite DD advertising this as such. There was no advertisement of not participating in this and also feels like a huge insult to healthcare workers after everything that has happened over the last few years. Like, why not support?? Super frustrating.

They closed at 3:40 pm. I pulled up to the drive-thru to order and was greeted with I’m sorry we are closed. No sign on the door or windows. No sign on the Drive-thru. You can answer the Drive-thru and say you’re closed but can’t take an order.

Stopped at this location at 12:45 pm and door was locked while people were sitting in dining room eating. Flagged a staff member down who motioned to the drive thru. We were planning to order breakfast sandwiches and use the rest room. We left without ordering the sandwiches and will not stop at this location again. Very poor practice to have customers inside and door locked. Not worthy of even 1 star

I come here literally 2 or 3 times a week. I always get the iced Chai lattes with light ice…. well this morning this is what I got… I understand training. Been there done that but common dunkin, we don’t pay 5$ for a cup of ice with a little bit of drink.

I go here 2 to 3 times a day as a cab driver. Over the last 3 or 4 weeks this ace has gone down hill. They seem to never gave what I want. They are a doughnut muffin coffee place and seem to not know how to order or bake enough muffins on a daily basis. They should look at what’s going in this town and base their food off of that. I mean 4 hours after your open you run out of stuff with 10 hours to go for the day. Then you can order 2 coffees and they take 15 minutes to nake them. What is going on in this store. If you are a dunking corporation person reading thus its store number 351104
