extremely rude Indian girl, greeted everyone else who looked like a friend yt college student except for me (only black person). When i walked in no one was in line, i walked to the front and she was talking to an older white man on the side. Didn’t even BOTHER to acknowledge me and waited until she got done with her conversation to turn my way, and there still was no “hello” or proper greeting or even apology just a blank stare. I told her i had a call in, she processed my payment and just sat down afterwards didn’t even tell me to have a seat, i had to ask if it was ready which it wasn’t. When the food was finally ready she bagged it and handed it to me by the tips of her fingers as if she were disgusted and didn’t say A WORD all while maintaining her stare. Extremely off putting and uncomfortable. If she’s working ill eat elsewhere because clearly she has a problem

I had a horrible experience. I’m never eating there again!!!! I ordered the teriyaki wings and fries. The fries was cooked in day(s) old grease the wings were pink in the middle. I ended up getting sick during work. When I came back for the refund they said they were going to give me the man was smiling and make it very difficult to get my refund. I will NEVER come to this establishment again!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars that they deserve I would!

Much like someone else said the only thing I really didn’t understand is why the fried rice was very obviously not fried. The vegetables could have been cooked longer but overall it wasn’t bad. The cashier was pretty unhelpful but we managed. The atmosphere is pretty dark and unfriendly, but we may have just come at the wrong time. We ordered hibachi, crab Rangoon, sushi and soup. Sushi was good.

Macon meet up and we were looking for something new. My son had a birthday recently so we left him choose. This is the location he wanted. Everyone easily found something they wanted to eat on the menu. All of the food was great! Best yum yum sauce! This might just become the location we meet every time! If you are in the area, give this place a try. I would highly recommend this location!

What a terrible experience, my wife ordered tonight from Osaka Hibachi. We ordered a sushi roll, a Miso soup, an order of Gyoza, Steak teriyaki and Chicken teriyaki.

Just so everyone knows, if you tip whether it’s on the card or cash in the jar it goes to the business not the workers. I’m not saying don’t eat here but no need to tip. Pretty shady.

Nothing tastes better than a plate of teriyaki chicken after a long day on the road repairing customers vehicles. This place actually stays open pretty late, which is great for our mobile mechanics who our driving til about 8 pm most nights. There rice and meat plates are a good value and their sushi is pretty decent. If you’re ever working late this is definitely a step up from McDs and BK.

The food is always great here…I recommend this place to everyone…they had someone new at the counter and in my opinion he acted like we were bothering him by ordering…then my order was not complete after I told him 3 times…so the service was not great on this visit usually its an older gentleman at the counter and he’s friendly and polite.
