Habaneros Mexican Restaurant is an absolute gem for all spicy food enthusiasts. My recent visit left me thoroughly impressed and satisfied. I opted for their street tacos with the steak filling, and I must say, they were nothing short of amazing. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, complemented by a medley of fresh toppings and a soft tortilla. Each bite was a burst of Mexican goodness that left me craving for more.

Me and my family came here for a birthday celebration, I’ve always liked the location and the previous restaurants that were there so I assumed it would be great. The food was good, I ordered the churrasco (see picture), which was pretty good. The problem wasn’t the food, it was the service. They took a LONG time to serve us, but I took it as if it was because they were full… Which I debunked when I went to the bathroom and seen they were about 40% full. They completely forgot about 2 of my family members, which they denied, and rushed to get it prepped and delivered but about 20 min after everyone else got their food. The server, kept making mistakes on the food we ordered, bringing the wrong thing, bringing the wrong soda, even charging the wrong amount on the bill!

My wife and I had date night and Habaneros was the choice. It was a wonderful experience right as we entered the restaurant! Prompt service, delicious food and great atmosphere. Moises did a fabulous job while we were there.

Springfield Habaneros is just as good as the Carthage location. Food has a lot of flavor and not overly expensive. Staff is friendly, great service from our server. Looking forward to coming back.

Great pricing and serving sizes! Plenty of staff to help when needed. Food was prepared quickly and there was no wait for seating! We ordered a large Margarita which probably had around 3-4 shots of liquor in it and fresh guacamole and it was great.

To be up-front, I ordered very low spiciness food – that is exactly what I received and so I am very happy with it. They had a lot of spicier options but I didn’t feel like having them today. Started off with a bowl of cheese dip and then I got the burrito supremo and my friend got the fajitas quesadilla.

We decided to try Habaneros again since our first trip wasn’t great. Second time was better but when they came with food he said here is the fish taco and I said it should have been shrimp, he stated it’s the same thing. I ordered a chicken tostada and bill said chicken but I got ground beef. So they are still struggling.
