The morning staff here simply do not follow the order put in by the customer. And they get combative or disrespectful when you try to address it. For instance, I’ve repeatedly received my ice coffee with more than “standard level” ice even when I marked “less ice”.

My family patronize this location nearly every day. They close before eight almost every day and they take your points but still charge you regular price. Yesterday I went in there I had 1290 points they took 700 to pay for a cold brew but still charged me for a cold brew. They only took $1.49 off. I clearly know how to use the app and the rewards, along with the offers tab. I will never go back to this location. They never make any attempts to rectify the situation and just laugh when you address it….I much rather prefer the Owings Mills location, and will drive there even though this location is a minute from my house.

Mrs. Bella and Mrs. Cool are indeed Awesome Woman and they work well together, but Mrs. Bella need not get an attitude with a customer because they look on their receipt to make sure they weren’t OVERCHARGED! Her exact statement to me was “Trust Me, I didn’t charge you for the Mini bites” ok Mrs. Bella I didn’t even look at my receipt….I retrieve my receipt and LOOK at my receipt. “Trust Me” I said to her I don’t trust anyone when it comes to my money! Her rebuttal….”You’re Mean”!. Well I’m going to be mean and NOT return with my business along with many many many many others!

This place is a rip off. I went this morning and ordered a crossiant with bacon. When I went to eat my food my crossiant was tuff kinda burnt and it had a half a piece of bacon. Such a rip off. Check your order before driving off even if the line is long.

The staff is usually very friendly, but I had an experience today which will prevent me from going back. I’ve recently noticed that EVERYTIME I pay with cash, I get shorted a few cents when it’s time to give me my change. I didn’t make a big deal of it because of the “so-called” change shortage. Today my order came to $18.65. I paid with a $20 and she gave me back $1.25. When I asked her why she only gave me back $1.25 instead of $1.35, she seemed to immediately take offense. She reached into the tip jar that was at the window and pulled out a dime and told me “Here, keep the change”. She then said, “If you need some money (in a very condescending tone), here take this (as she pulled out a nickle from the jar). I explained to her that all I wanted was the change I was owed; nothing more. As I started to pull off, she sarcastically told me to have a good day.
