A customer walked out without paying for his food, as if he had a tab. I overheard this taking place when the waitress said she would be charging him an additional 8$ the next time she sees him again, and that’s if he ever comes back again when she is here. My waiter filled my cup up with water from the sink and I don’t drink water from the faucet I didn’t like that. At the time I was the only customer in the store and he was too lazy to walk over to the water machine thingy. The icing on the cake was this visitor I had show up next to me after I got done eating my waffle (it’s a cockroach I killed in between a napkin incase you can’t tell in the picture). It’s safe to say I will not be coming back to this waffle house location ever again

This was the best Waffle House experience I’ve ever had. Everyone greeted us when we walked in, multiple servers checked on us throughout the meal, and drinks were constantly refilled. Very nice experience.

CJ took care of my order and she was AMAZING. Im not sure of her name, she was a white lady with a yellow tie was constantly complaining raising her voice in front of customers. CJs service was amazing, but a very unprofessional environment

Food is great customer service is horrible, I ordered the hash brown bowl with onions and jalapeños and also a side of grits to go. After my card was approved along with a tip the waitress just walked away. Also when I got home I realized I didn’t get any grits. I would go back but after a long day of work its whatever but I definitely will not be a returning customer
