Food is not worth the price. I give 2 stars for the sides. Coleslaw was good, my husband had potato salad and it was good. Beans were also good. The ribs, brisket & pulled pork were dry. I like good barbecue meat that doesn’t require barbecue sauce. This had to have barbecue sauce in order to eat it. At $18 a plate should have been more like $5 a plate.

Really good food for lunch. Got a bologna sandwich bc I’ve heard so much about it on the radio and rib plate. Ribs were tender and smoky and the bologna sandwich…sheeed. Worth the wait and money, $24 total. Staff was really great too.

Went in looking for some good food to eat. When I entered, I wasn’t greated or even offered any service. I stepped up to the counter, and being the only person in the dinning area, I was hoping for some acknowledgement, but still didn’t receive any. I kindly asked the lady if they offered Baked potatoes, she shook her head. I walked out and drove away. Not sure if the food is good, but maybe better luck next time.

I went to this tops location I was coming through the door in my wheelchair I opened the door and asked the big man manager could he help me with accommodations at the front door he looked at me like I was crazy talking I stated to him I’m trying to order food for me and my toddler. I ask him was the back door open he states yes I told him I’ll try the back door as soon as I get the door I opened the door a man customer saw us he opened up the door for me. The employees wasn’t trying to assist us. I ask the big man manager do he have any pig skins he yells at me and say no with an attitude and rolling his eyes like he was showing me signs like he have problem with me coming in his restaurant or something but all can say those employees are very rude and disrespectful towards people in wheel chairs just sharing the word. I told them they don’t have to worry about me coming to this sorry old tops. I miss the white folks who ran the Thomas location

I eat breakfast there at least 5 days a week. The service is friendly. There is a guy that works drive-thru. He is always sweet and always smile. Very good customer service .

Just take the ribs off the menu. I’ve made 4 separate trips here to be told the ribs are sold out, still cooking, and every other excuse under the book. If you advertise an item, it shouldn’t be this much of an inconvenience to be able to order. Mind you the sides where also incorrect on the other items we made an attempt to order. This location has really gone down hill under new management and its very discouraging from a long time supporter.

I didn’t even get a chance to have the food they was cleaning the grill we were there about 45 minutes for the clothes and they were cleaning the grill at the time and couldn’t cook a burger or anything so we just left they lucky they got a one store
