This might be the worst burrito I’ve had in a long time. Used to love El Pollo Loco for the grilled chicken and burritos but this location needs to learn how to fold a burrito so everything is distributed evenly. All the cabbage was on one end and all the meat on the other. Gee… thanks.

The 8 piece of fire grilled chicken for I believe it was 11$ pre-tax was a GREAT deal. The taste was perfect,.chicken was hot, steamy and moist. The flour tortillas were warm and tasted hand made honestly and the guacamole salsa was to die for. They honestly didn’t need to give me 8 of the salsas but hey to each their own I got to take home 6 for the week. So cheers to that. Oh and might I mention it took no time as all to get served the food. My husband was already eating by the time I’d gotten out of the restroom.

Every few weeks I stop by here after work before going home. I’ve never had a problem with the staff as they are kind and have wonderful customer service. Until today, in which the assistant manager (Victoria or Gabby from what I was told) had no customer service. In the drive thru she kept rushing me and asking me to repeat the order multiple times. She had a lot of attitude, and a family member I was on the phone with noticed that as well.

I usually love the chicken tortilla soup at other locations but here it was bland and under cooked and they had no lemon slices and couldn’t make 60¢ in change. There was also very little chicken in the soup. It was more like bland vegetable soup. I ate it anyway, but I’m rather unimpressed. It’s a franchise. The food flavor should be consistent at all locations.

Had the chicken bacon Quesadilla, Chicken, bacon, caramelized onions, cheddar and pico de gallo salsa wrapped in a tortilla and grilled. Too much tortilla didn’t get to taste the insides. The place is clean restrooms too and modern.
