I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they now have a gluten free bun option at some locations! There are also several pandemic-friendly options for getting your food including GrubHub, ordering ahead for pickup inside, ordering in person, and curbside pickup. The brisket was delicious as always, but the chips were missing when my order was delivered. I called Firehouse, and the lady I spoke with apologized and said it was their fault for not putting them in the bag. She was very nice about it and took responsibility which is rare these days. I said I’d run over and pick them up, and she had a bag prepared with the chips and Rice Krispie treats and a cookie for the kids. I thought that was good customer service. Mistakes happen, but how one handles fixing them makes such a difference!

The subs here are great! A note of caution though if you have food allergies, go during less busy hours. I went here with my family whom all have certain dietary needs during what turned out to be pretty busy times so there was a mistake made with the food/ordering. However, it was taken care of promptly when I had gone back in.

I must admit I always order the same thing, a Club on a Sub, it’s so good I haven’t been able to bring myself to try anything else. They are often busy but work quickly to keep your wait to a minimum. When you do wait it’s well worth it.

Best Sandwich place, better then subway for sure, sandwich are large. The firehouse steak sub and premium roast beef the best. I also like the rewards program with double points, i actually can get a free sandwich. Not like Subway or chipotle but many barely ever get one.
