For a store front Chinese, this is a great value for Chinese food. It has the best General Tso Chicken around, even when compared to some of the higher end restaurants. The staff has always been friendly and has always been willing to separate the rice from the meal when ordering a combo. I have been going here for the last 6-7 years.

My family and I just moved to the Kempsville area. When we first got here we were having a hard time finding a GOOD Chinese restaurant that we didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg for. The first couple of places we tried were horrible! We finally decided to give Great Wall a try and I am so glad we did. They have great customer service, the food is good, great size portions, the pricing is reasonable and the delivery is super fast! We even called 15 minutes before closing one night and they took our order with no problem and delivered it plus the food was fresh! I love this place.

Go-to for all Chinese cravings! very very good and no complaints after 2 years, as far as the food goes. When they tell you food will be ready in 10 minutes tho, just expect it to take 30 minutes, sometimes longer.

I just wanted to express my gratitude to this place once again. My mother has medical dietary restrictions, and the healthy steamed chicken and vegetables meal here is one of a limited number of things she can eat, that doesn’t hurt her, and that she really enjoys. Most restaurant food is inaccessible to us now, so thank you for making it possible for us to enjoy a good takeout 🙂

Great place for your Chinese food needs. They have the full gamut of selections like any Chinese fast food restaurant. The items are cooked to order and you can call ahead, order online or order in person. I usually order in person since it’s made relatively quickly. The staff are polite and professional. They are following current Covid guidelines. Recommended.

We have been customers of this place since 2019, never once did we have a bad experience. We always get their fried chicken wings, egg rolls, lunch specials: boneless spare ribs, sweet and sour chicken and chicken lo mein. The lady who takes orders over the phone is always very prompt and nice; when I go to pick up, our order is always ready, hot and fresh. We order from Great Wall once every other week and always look forward to it!

Worse food I have ever had from here. Won’t be back. General Tso Chicken and Orange Chicken was not good at all. Couldn’t tell the difference in flavor, one should be spicy, the other sweet and they both tasted bland. Boneless ribs were like shoe leather and lo mein was dry. Called in to complain and they didn’t offer to make it right.
