Hardly any chicken. The chicken they did use was old or sat out for who knows how long. You think with these reviews they would get their business back in order. Stopped eating half a way through, Hopefully we don’t get sick. AVOID.

I got my food Togo and this was the worst bowl I ever received!! Barely any meat and mainly just rice and beans and my food was very cold. This place is trash and will not be back

Food is hit or miss and not very consistent. Don’t be surprised to find avocado shells in your guacamole. One time I even ordered a kids quesadilla and it came with just the tortilla. When I called to get a refund they denied me, stating that since I ordered on the app I’d have to take up with the store. When I got there they just apologized and said it was a bad week.

I see other reviews from this weekend (they’re grand opening weekend) And I am with you! I went and had the same exact experience where they didn’t fill my bowl on my online order. Once I got home and discovered that I ran here first and saw I wasn’t the only one rather than adding to it I am happy that we do have a chipotle and I decided I wanna take it up with them first. I reached out to the chat they need the situation sent feedback and refunded me for my entire order on Saturday. I did submit a new online order today and had a completely better experience. Hopefully management is now aware of how busy they were on Saturday and will address that so they just close early rather than taking people‘s money and giving them partial orders. I give them a higher view because they didn’t make things right in on my second visit my bowl looked great. PS I’ve been waiting for a chipotle for a long time to open up here hopefully that was one hurdle that they just and never repeats

The worst chipotle I’ve ever been in. I’ve tried multiple times and always rude customer service, the dirtiest restaurant. I don’t understand how and why it’s always so dirty. Veggies are always raw and rice crunchy! Not typical chipotle standards

I hate to do this, because I love Chipotle. But they did not have my order ready, and than they got my order wrong, I asked for no beans, and queso, and regular steak not carintas steak. I hope for your sakes next time I come back your in a little bit better shape and prepared

I’d give it a zero if I could. Soooo I got chips they were stale gave them back they gave me another bag chips were still stale. I did a delivery when I went to deliver the food fell through the bottom of the bag so I don’t know if the food was just too hot or they didn’t drain the beans or the rice but they either need different containers or different people that know how to pack of the food and make it.I should also add that the rice was not cooked all the way as there were quite a few hard pieces in my bowl. I’ll stick with Moe’s!

This Chipotle is the worst. Twice in recent memory I’ve ordered multiple bowls with double the protein only to open when I get home to find there is barely any meat at all. Just happened again tonight, and it will be the last. I won’t eat here again, it’s too expensive to get ripped off on the protein when you are explicitly ordering extra.
