Delicious and nutritious! The Berry Waffle and the Mocha Mudslide shake are my favorite so far. It’s so filling and worth EVERY penny! The staff is so friendly and the owners are a young beautiful family. I have been waiting for months for this shop to open, ever since I tried one of their samples. I fell in love at first sip! I’m so happy it’s finally open! This is my new favorite place, everyone is really nice and so far, I’ve tried their waffles, donuts and teas and I’m obsessed. everything is very low in sugar and high in protein and very flavorful at that. you will be seeing me more often.

Everyone is so kind and welcoming! If you have any questions about any of their menu items, they are more than willing to explain what it is and what it helps with. They are more than happy to recommend items also depending what you’re looking for! Energy teas are 10/10 so far black widow is tying with the hocus pocus tea as my favorite. Valerie is great to deal with, she goes over what the teas and shakes consist of. Chris recommended my tea today which was the dragons breath and it was delicious. I highly recommend anything they make, everything I have had has been amazing.
