I came in one day while one of the owners were visiting getting stuff for what what looked like a meeting. HE WAS SO RUDE. did not hold one door. He’s lazy, one of the employees helped him bring the food to his Mercedes and he just went to open the car door. He let her do the walking back and forth bringing food to his car. He spoke to NOT ONE CUSTOMER. THE ENTITLEMENT WAS DISGRACEFUL.

Chick-fil-A on Thornton in Lithia Springs, in my opinion, is arguably the best such location in the United States. The staff is always warm and inviting. The place is run like a very professional operation. You see it in the way the staff wears their uniforms, the teamwork, the efficiency, and the cleanliness. The food is always as one orders it. No matter where I end up in the world, I’ll always come back to visit when I’m Stateside.

Shame on this location. I ordered grilled chicken on a salad. There were obvious signs of the regular chicken that had been taken off. I order that grilled salad for celiac. Now, I’ll be sick. Less likely to go to now that I know this is their process on a busy drive through.

It’s rare for me to have a bad experience at a chick-fil-a. Today was definitely that at this location. The young lady in the speaker had an attitude right out of the gate for some reason. Also, this was the first time in 20 years that a Chick-fil-A has told me no to my request for extra crispy hash browns. Two items were missing out of the bag and they seemed irritated that I slowed down their line to get what they forgot to put in the bag. It definitely has a McDonald’s feel, not a Chick-fil-A feel at this location
