Unfortunately, this location is reliably the worst service across all DDs I’ve visited. They are always unfriendly, unwelcoming, have a poor attitude, and rarely get the most simple orders correct. Clearly, poor management and zero customer service training. It’s fast food, and expectations aren’t high, but this place is just a considerably lower level than the rest.

They are really bad. A lot of workers at one time but no one seems to like to work. There was 1 person who had just ordered before me. I was stupid and waited for at least 5 minutes for my order to be taken, then another 5 minutes for my small ice coffee which was not made the way I asked for it. I should have made them remake it but I didn’t want to have to wait another 5 minutes. They were NOT busy at all. I counted 6 workers that I could see.

No matter how empty it is, you will have to wait a few minutes before anyone bothers to take your order. They mumble into the microphone, always leaving me confused and uncomfortable. I’ve waited up to 15 minutes for the wrong orders because everyone is distracted on their phone. I don’t know why I bother going here anymore.

Every time I go here it’s the same – every staff member acts like they’re extremely angry that they have to take my order. Everyone is short, rude, and unpleasant. Go to Granby and never have this experience. Customer service seems like something they’ve never heard of. Not to mention the food and the coffee here is always sub-par and incorrect.

Worst Dunkin ever. It is the only one in South Hadley, but I will often go out of my way to avoid it. The service is awful, they are always out of at least one of the items I order and the coffee is cold and stale.

Every time I go here I am taking a chance. A chance that they MIGHT get my order right. The workers seem miserable. Today I ordered a bagel toasted with extra cream cheese. The bagel was not toasted and had a laughable amount of cream cheese. Not nearly enough for even a regular order, more than half of it was untouched & had no cream cheese. The owner is stealing our money when we pay for certain things that we don’t get. I don’t have time to go back and wait for them to fix their mistake. I am almost starting to think they laugh at us customers behind our backs…STEER CLEAR

It feels like everyone who works there decides to mumble and speak very quietly to the point that I’m not able to understand or hear them while ordering. Also, I’m not dumb enough to be told that you can’t put one type of meat onto another sandwich and believe that. the incompetency is crazy.
