Ordered curbside, and no one brought it out to the vehicle. Website said almost an hour for pick up. Total wait time over an hour. Went in to check on our order and found our food sitting at the desk in bags. Food was ‘ok’, nothing spectacular and cold. Paid way too much…never again.

Second time I have gone her and keep getting the same waitress that is the WORST. Waited over 15 mins and my son had to go up to ask for to-go boxes. No longer pay at the table. Asked for napkins that we didn’t get. Eggs were over cooked. Our drinks emptied and our waitress wasn’t to be found. The lady that checked us out was very sweet and super duper nice!!!! And she took what I said into consideration.

Such a disappointing experience… waited a bit for service which is understandable knowing they are very short staffed. Finally got our order in, the server did not write anything down and seemed to be in a rush, so I was not able to fully complete my order. Upon receiving my food, the egg was so rubbery and over cooked. I am usually not a picky eater but this really bothered me. I waited about 10 minutes, never got checked on. I waved down the manager who was very polite and got me new eggs, however by that time my whole meal was cold and did not taste well. Waited about 10 minutes after that to get a togo box and leave. As much as we love Perkins, we will not be returning after this.

We walked in around 8 p.m. was seated. It was not busy at all. My complaint has nothing to do with the waitress but with our food. The first 2 plates came out and they were cold in the middle and the 3rd meal came out about 5 minutes before the first 2 were done eating. And then toast wasn’t done with the meal. The next it will be a Denny’s kinda night
