Wingstop in Hot Springs Arkansas is my absolute favorite place to eat! The chicken is always delicious and super fresh and so are their fries! Food was prepared wrong. I traveled there from Houston, Texas and stopped just before checking into my hotel. When I got to my hotel, I called and explained that my food was not prepared properly. They told me in order for them to replace the food, I needed to bring the entire order back to them. I had children with me who had already began to eat the pieces that were ok, so I asked them to only replace the 10 pieces that were for me. The manager said he would and asked me if I could return within the hour. I told him NO because I had been driving all day and was tired. I was going to take a nap and call when I was ready to return. He said he understood and would put my name and number by the cash register.

The employees here apparently need some training. There were employees who didn’t know how to use a register, a long line of in-store orders and to-go pickups with employees blatantly ignoring the lines. Had to speak up and say that we were waiting on food that was paid for and getting cold as they were ignoring us. Forgot several items in the order. Just overall an awful way to operate.

The bbq wings were wayyyyy over cooked. It was very disappointing… I dont think il go back. I paid wayyy to much for over over cooked bbq wings. On top of that we drove awhile to get there. But the guy was very friendly.
